Are you a young woman aged 16 to 25? Looking to reconnect with yourself, find your inner peace, and embrace self-compassion? We invite you to the "Girl Glow" Zen Retreat on Saturday, 6th December, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
Though it may be chilly outside, you'll feel nice and snug in the cosy geodesic dome, surrounded by the beautiful embrace of nature. Perfect as we explore mindfulness and personal growth.
