Building Resilience Workshop held on Saturday the 13th July 2024, focused on building resilience in both personal and professional life.
Participants were encouraged to navigate challenges and stressful situations by incorporating personalised stress management techniques.
The session included deep discussions, role-plays to practice learned skills, and the creation of vision boards to aid in setting aspirations and goals.
The workshop brought together a diverse group of migrants from various parts of the world, allowing for a lovely mix of cultures to support each other in building resilience in different areas of their lives
