Benefactors

• The benefactors of this prize draw will be vulnerable girls and women aged 16 to 25 participating in our Girl Glow Project, as well as women aged 25 and older involved in our Women1st Project. These initiatives focus on providing essential emotional and mental well-being support through counselling, mentoring, and well-being activities. Your contributions will directly benefit these individuals, empowering them to overcome challenges and improve their overall mental health.

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

 

Entry Method

 

• Paid Entries

• Participants can purchase entries into the prize draw through a straightforward payment process. Here's how it works: 

• Purchase Tickets: One entry is £5, three entries is £10 and five entries is £20. Participants can buy multiple tickets to increase their chances of winning.

• Payment Method: Payments can be made through the following methods: credit/debit card, Bank Transfer

• Confirmation: After purchasing participants will receive a confirmation email detailing their entry number/s and a summary of the prize draw.

• We also offer a free entry method for those who may not be able to afford 

• a paid entry. (only one free ticket per person).

• Eligibility: Free entries are available to individuals aged 18 and over.

• Participants can enter by sending a postcard with their name, address, and contact information to the following address:

• Ensure the postcard is sent before the entry deadline. Free entry participants will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge their entry and provide details about the prize draw.

Note: All entries whether paid or free, will have the same chances of winning in the draw.

Prize Details

• The prize is an Afternoon Tea & Spa Treatment at a Bannatyne Spa located nearest to you, and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

• There is 1 prize available.

 

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using  randomised software “Wheel of Namely”

• The draw will take place on Friday 19th June at 6 PM  and the winner  will be notified within 1 day of the draw taking place. 

• All winners must be 18 or over. Winners will be required to provide photographic proof of age (e.g., driving licence or passport) before receiving their prize. Winners who cannot prove they are 18+ will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.

• Winners must claim their prize by responding to the email within 14 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.

• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 5 days of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).

• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Publicity
